On March 4, 1991, Guangdong Province Intermediate People's Court sentenced
Lo Hoi-sing (罗海星) and Lai Pui-shing (黎沛成) to five years and Li Lung-hing (李龙庆) to four years. The three Hong Kong residents were parts of the "Operation Yellow Bird," an organized attempt to rescue 1989 movement leaders from mainland. They were caught during a failed attempt to extract
Chen Zimin and Wang Juntao.
